Illustrative record

Made for the work

A little more detail.
A lot more possibility.

01

Keep the relationship in context

Track leads, investor contacts, deals, and rounds through the workspace's connected CRM collections.

02

Prepare and track SAFEs

Choose a supported SAFE form, review its terms and PDF, and follow the investor and company signature workflow.

03

Tie investments to their documents

Store investment terms with their uploaded agreements and make the working copies available in workspace Drive.

04

Explore the ownership picture

Review the computed cap table and saved or previewed scenarios using the recorded baseline and qualifying investments.

From idea to everyday

Put it to work.

A practical starting point for fundraising & cap tables.

  1. 01

    Organize the raise

Set up the fundraising workspace, connect investor records to the round, and gather the relevant terms.

  2. 02

    Prepare the paperwork

Review a supported SAFE or attach an existing investment agreement, then track its status.

  3. 03

    Review the recorded position

Update closed investments and inspect the resulting cap table or a what-if scenario.

A little more clarity

Good questions.

Does every investor contact appear on the cap table?

No. The computed table uses qualifying investment records. Closed investments need a supporting document; pending investments and closed investments missing a document are shown separately.

Does creating a SAFE move money or complete the investment?

No. Scribed prepares and tracks the document and signing workflow. Signing, funding status, and the investment records are distinct parts of the process.
